Shipping


We ship worldwide.


All orders are made to order. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for production before shipment.


Once shipped, tracking will be emailed.


Estimated delivery after shipment:


Domestic typically arrives within 2 to 7 days

International may take an additional 10 to 20 days


Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.


International orders may be subject to duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.


Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues.

 


 

Sales Tax


Applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout where required.

 


 

Returns and Exchanges


All items are made to order.


All sales are final.


We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:


wrong size

change of mind

design preference


Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or production reasons.

 


 

Order Changes and Cancellations


Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.


Once production has started, the order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

 


 

Delays


Production and shipping timelines may be affected by:


high demand

incorrect shipping details

customs processing

carrier delays


Delays caused by incorrect customer information are not eligible for refund.

 


 

Claims


Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.


Claims outside this window may not be honored.
