Shipping

United States only. International shipping is not available right now.

All orders are made to order. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for production before shipment.

Once shipped, tracking will be emailed.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

Delivery to US addresses typically takes 2 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on the item and production route. Production time is separate. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Carrier delays can happen. If your delivery is overdue or appears lost, contact creepingdagger@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout where required.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Made to order. Built for you.

Every piece is printed for your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size, a color choice, or a change of mind. Check the fit before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email creepingdagger@gmail.com as soon as possible—ideally within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and the problem. We'll investigate and offer a replacement or refund for confirmed manufacturing or fulfillment errors. Do not send anything back without our written approval.

Need to cancel? Contact us immediately. We can cancel only while production has not started. Sending a request does not guarantee cancellation.

If tracking stops or your delivery is overdue, contact us promptly with your order number. We'll investigate with the production partner and carrier. Please report a suspected lost shipment within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can pursue the claim promptly.
